You are using an out of date version of Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer 9 is the minimum version that is supported.

  • Registration and Login

    Users are able to Register on the portal and complete and save forms but they will not be given permission to submit forms via the portal until they have provided a signed “Agreement for the use of the Portal and Electronic Signature” (“the Agreement”) to the Commission. They will receive confirmation by e-mail once their wet signature has been accepted that they have been given permission to submit forms.

  • Timeline

    The Timeline is a chronological list of returns, applications and notifications. Any returns that are due within the next year will appear, alongside any applications or notifications that have been started. Anything that has been submitted to, and any responses from, the Commission will also be shown.

  • Select a Licensee

    Once you have registered as a user of the Online Submissions portal, you must log on to the Online Submissions portal in order to request access to a licenced entity.  

  • Permissions

    To have access to any type of form on the Online Submissions Portal, your user account must first have permissions assigned to it. The Super User of the entity will be able to assign prepare and/or submit permissions for the following groups of forms through the “manage permissions” page
